Every great story idea needs wheels. A strong plot is the vehicle for getting your idea across to thirsty readers. In this workshop, Michelle Stimpson will help us explore classic structures--and when to break away from them--to build unforgettable stories. Participants will also leave with practical templates for planning novellas or full-length novels.
Join us on Saturday, October 11th at 10:30 a.m.at a new location:
About 1 mile South of I-30 on Fielder. ACC is one block off Fielder on Randol Mill behind the Tom Thumb (on the corner of Fielder and Randol Mill) and across the street from Braums and McDonald's. Click here for map
When not writing or spending time with family, Michelle enjoys teaching classes to youth and adults as well as consulting for public schools. She also facilitates courses at her home church. Visit Michelle online at MichelleStimpson.com.
The DFW chapter of American Christian Fiction Writers is always open to guests. Won't you join us for this interesting lecture, and then for a Dutch treat lunch and networking at a local restaurant nearby? We'd love it.

I am very happy to learn the DFW Ready Writers are moving (?) to Arlington as its been a hardship to drive (especially through construction on 183) to Bedford and the Public Library. I live in far SW Arlington and thrilled to learn the meeting / presentation will be in what is central north and west Arlington accessible to I-30 and moreover more accessibly to my driving reach. May very well rejoin in membership dues (did so in the past but rarely attended).
This area of Arlington is stable, nice, and as stated accessible to reach without any construction and ease of accessibly freeways. There are some great restaurants in the area for after fellowship and perhaps its more affordable a space to the local ACFW Chapter.
I will be there for the October meeting and will encourage area Christian Fiction writers here in the southern Metroplex (and further south, east and west) to attend. Just GREAT to learn of this new location.
