Plotting- Don't Re-Invent the Wheel

Please join us Saturday, March 11, 2017, at 10:30am at Arlington Community Church as we welcome author Michelle Stimpson when she presents, “Plotting – Don’t Reinvent the Wheel.”
As Stimpson explains, “in this workshop, we’ll explore tried and true archetypes and tropes, helping authors understand that you don’t need to reinvent the wheel to write the next Great American novel.
Stimpson, a national best-selling author knows what she’s talking about in regards to plotting, as can be seen on her website dubbed with the words - Where Writing and Faith Got Married. A prolific writer, she is the author of multiple award-winning fiction and Bible-based, non-fiction books, as well as writing and career change books. She writes real. Real life, wrapped in a good story. One only has to glance at the titles and read the blurbs to know that her books are filled with humor, heart and healing! Her “Mama B,” “Boaz Brown,” “A Few Good Men,” and “What About” book series’ are just a few of those on her author shelf.
Along with her full-time writing career Stimpson is a speaker and an educator with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas Arlington. She has taught elementary through high school, in addition to training adults; not to mention her life “work” as a wife, mother, and newly minted grandmother!
